Step 1: First of all, Go to Settings —->General —–> Restrictions, and then finally tap on “Enable Restrictions”.
Step2: Now, its time to write the pass-code on your screen to move forward. Write and Confirm your 4-digits pass-code to move to the 3rd step.
Step 3: Now, after confirming the pass-code. The new screen will appear and now keep scrolling down until you reach the “Allowed Content” section for turning off in-app purchases.
Step 4: This step is optional, you can put the “Require Password” option’s timing to ‘Immediately’ for keep entering password whenever you would download any app from the App Store. Its true that this wouldn’t help if anyone knows about your password e.g. Family Members etc. :)
