Turn Off In-App Purchases in iPhone, iPad and iPod [Tutorial]

It has been noticed a lot that whenever a user is wanting to download the app from the App Store then he/she is also facing the annoying pop-up messages like; upgrade your app or add more features in it. So now, we are going to give you an tutorial on how to turn off in-app purchases so that the users would not get those irritating pop-ups whenever they would download an app from the App Store.

So now, if you are a user of iPhone, iPad or iPod than you should try this tutorial to prevent such type of pop-ups. Even kids are wanting to stay away of these annoying pop-ups. Just follow the steps below to turn off in-app purchases:

Step 1: First of all, Go to Settings —->General —–> Restrictions, and then finally tap on “Enable Restrictions”.

Step2: Now, its time to write the pass-code on your screen to move forward. Write and Confirm your 4-digits pass-code to move to the 3rd step.

Step 3: Now, after confirming the pass-code. The new screen will appear and now keep scrolling down until you reach the “Allowed Content” section for turning off in-app purchases.

Step 4: This step is optional, you can put the “Require Password” option’s timing to ‘Immediately’ for keep entering password whenever you would download any app from the App Store. Its true that this wouldn’t help if anyone knows about your password e.g. Family Members etc. :)

So its clear from now on that no one will be able to make in-app purchases on your device, even you to. If you want to make in-app purchases, than follow the same tutorial once again and just turn on the in-app purchases. iOS 6.1.3 Beta 2 Released for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

After the first beta version of iOS which was iOS 6.1.1 Beta 1, Apple seeded another iOS beta version for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch that is known as “iOS 6.1.3 Beta 2″ with the ‘Build No. 10B318′. Recently Apple released iOS 6.1.2 and now again another version for iOS 6 is landed on the ground. It is likely to say that this version is compatible with all iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.

Well, the fruit company has made some improvements for Maps offering iDevices users who are usually based in Japan. Last time, Tim Cook was forced to apologize because of the problem with Apple Maps in the first beta release of iOS 6, but now the countries like United States, United Kingdom, Australia and much of European countries are really happy with the improvements on which Apple is working since last couple of months, and the cupertino company is now renewing the importance of its services for the Asian markets.

The business of Apple is going forward with the countries like Japan, and there are some improvements like directional optimization and turn-by-turn facility, although, Maps of Japanese version would definitely get the improvements when the downloading pages would be hunt by iOS 6.1.3. iOS 6.1.2 Released for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch [Download Links]

Previously, Apple launched and released iOS 6.1 and received some complaints about the lock-screen pass-code problems from Microsoft Exchange software users. To fix the error Apple recently released iOS 6.1.1 update that was issued with critical connectivity error and it was a serious problem for those users who were willing to upgrade their devices. Finally, Apple has now released iOS 6.1.2 for iDevices.

Some minor changes were found between the release of iOS 6.1 and the first original release iOS 6. These changes included; updated music app, more modified controls, LTE 4G was been supported in all European, Asian, African and American countries, improvement of Siri and the Setup Wizard. That release was followed by iOS 6.1.1 in iPhone 4S, but unfortunately, it a crtical flaw occurred in network connectivity.

That bug was very much critical in nature, it left the user’s data vulnerable and the unintended user was allowed to get the past protected lock-screen easily while messing with the Emergency call feature for few seconds. This bug has been addressed in the iOS 6.1.2 and as well as the Microsoft Exchange bug.

The official change log says:

“Fixes an Exchange calendar bug that could result in increased network activity and reduced battery life.”

Jailbreak Untethered Tool for iOS 6/6.1 Announced

Finally, Evad3rs Team have announced a Jailbreak untethered tool named “Evasion”. This tool will be released in a week according to MuscleNerd’s tweets. The tool is in its final stages of completion and that will take only a few days. This tool is announced for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Note: This tool will support all firmwares from iOS 6 to iOS 6.1.

Evasion will be compatible with: (iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini, iPod touch 4, iPod touch 5, Apple TV 2)

Note: It is not been confirmed that it will be compatible with Apple TV 3 or not.

Apple Announces iPad 4

In a press release that took place yesterday Apple announced their new iPad 4 with a major memory boost and retina display. Previously, the maximum storage option you could get for iPad was 64 GB worth of capacity. Apple has now managed to launch an iPad with double the storage memory – which means that we could have 128 GB’s worth of games, music, photos, videos and what not stored in our favorite tablet.

This 128GB memory is enough for our needs in the palm of our hands. The high capacity of this iDevice will definitely divert our mind from our PC to the new iPad. Apple has meant to do just that. Apple Sells 47.8 Million iPhones In The Last Quarter of 2012

Well! Well! Well! Smashing the economy of the market and having a dedicated team of workers is not easy, but its been as easy as pie for Apple since the last few years.

Let us show you some important milestones that Apple has reached regarding their work and development – you will absolutely be forced to think how brilliant these guys are.

In the start of this year, Apple have sold up-to 48 Million iPhones and its a great start for them. iPads have also been sold in huge numbers, approximately 23 Million iPads have been sold till now.

Unfortunately, Mac(s) and iPod(s) haven’t got a good sales-boost this year as compared to the last year’s figure. 4.1 Million Mac(s) were sold but that is not enough for the company because it is a decrement in their sales, this might have lead to little or no profits at all. iPod(s) didn’t do so well and took a downfall from 15.5 Million to almost 13 Million.

Actually, Apple has profited with their iPhone(s) and iPad(s) earning nearly $55 billion with the net profit of approximately $13 Billion. Apple is now concentrating on iOS mostly because Mac(s) are not getting any authentic profits since last one or two years but just iPhone(s) and iPad(s) are running on the race ground and they both iDevices have reached so, so far.

Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 6/6.0.1

For people who have iPhone 5 or have upgraded their device to iOS 6, we have a good news for you. As many of you must be keeping your eyes and ears peeled for news on iPhone 5 and iOS 6 jailbreaks, Pod2g and Planetbeing have already started working together on an untethered iOS 6/6.0.1 Jailbreak. Planetbeing is one of the well-known developers and jailbreakers. What makes this news more special is the fact this time he has joined hands a legend of the Jailbreak Community, Pod2g.

However, after making a great contribution last Friday, Planetbeing tweeted on his account:

It looks like they are finally making progress in launching an untethered jailbreak of iOS 6/6.0.1. Pod2g has been busy setting up his own company called “2G Lab” but it turns out that he is totally in for this highly anticipated jailbreak and its release.

The Devs are working on this project together as Apple is putting their best into their gadgets making it more difficult to hack into. The Gurus are now coming out  mentioning that they are just one “initial code execution” short of finding a  substantial breakthrough for the jailbreak. But still, it is a good news for everyone around that they are off to a great start and all isn’t lost just yet.
